Once you've read the entire hand book and are sure you understand everything, you can go ahead and post a character application here. Please don't bother me if I don't look over your application right away. If I don't read it after a few days, remind me, or if I'm not really doing anything and haven't looked at it, it's okay to remind me then, too. But when I'm busy with something else, just let me get to it on my own time. I promise you that I won't intentionally ignore you, but there are sometimes other things I need to deal with first. And make sure that your application is neat, organized and up to our standards before you post it, or you can expect some very harsh comments from me about it. Yes, I'm that mean. Deal.
